Vantive, a vital organ therapy company, seeks a Digital Manager to drive and coordinate digital initiatives for its Italian Sales organization. You will plan, manage, and deliver digital projects aligning with business goals, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting commercial growth across cross‑functional teams.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience as Digital Manager or similar in healthcare/medical tech.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with EMR/EHR integrations or digital health platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and cross-functional communication.
• Solid project management expertise and stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Understand business priorities and translate them into digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, and Digital teams to define scope and timelines.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects across teams.
• Support pre‑sales and post‑sales digital activities for Home and Acute Therapies.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular updates on status, risks, and expectations to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, regulatory and data privacy requirements and promote adoption.
