Vantive, a vital organ therapy company, seeks a Digital Manager to drive and coordinate digital initiatives for its Italian Sales organization. You will plan, manage, and deliver digital projects aligning with business goals, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting commercial growth across cross‑functional teams.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and fluency in Italian and English.

Summary

As a Digital Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and coordinating digital initiatives that support Vantive’s Italian Sales organization. This position is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering digital projects that align with business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and support commercial growth. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Digital and other cross‑functional teams, you will ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business and commercial priorities, translating them into digital initiatives that address customer needs and support Sales objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Digital Specialists, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and optimal use of resources.
• Support both pre‑sales and post‑sales digital activities by managing digital tools, platforms, and initiatives across Home Therapies and Acute Therapies.
• Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks or deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide clear and regular communication on project status, timelines, risks, and expectations to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all digital solutions and project deliverables meet defined quality standards and comply with IT security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements. Promote strong collaboration between commercial teams, technical experts, and internal partners to drive successful digital adoption and business outcomes.

Qualifications And Experience

• Proven experience as a Digital Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical technology sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Technologies, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) integrations, digital health platforms, or telemedicine solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Solid project management expertise, including project planning, execution, risk management, monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience working closely with commercial teams and customer‑facing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in both Italian and English

The minimum annual base salary for this position is 64.000Euro. Your starting salary may be higher, depending on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and the unique perspective you would bring to the role. Employment for this position is governed by the Italian Chemical and Pharmaceutical National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).
