Moncler S.p.A. is seeking a Digital Marketing & Performance Intern at our Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. You will collaborate with multiple departments, support AI-powered search initiatives, and help with data extraction, visualization, and KPI management while gaining rich, practical experience in luxury fashion marketing.

The internship offers a structured program, startup-friendly onboarding, and exposure to cross-functional teams, with an 800€ monthly allowance and meal vouchers.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master’s degree in marketing, management or related field.
• Interest in AI-powered search and digital marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken.

Mansioni

Overview

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Marketing & Performance Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Collaborating with Marketing and Communication, Wholesale and Merchandising departments;
• Supporting AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI Search monitoring initiatives;
• Analysis, reporting, and data entry coordination across teams;
• Data extraction from platforms;
• Creating charts and visualizations;
• Preparing presentations;
• Managing KPIs database;
• Supporting keyword research, search trends analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Interest in digital marketing(performance marketing, search engines, and SEO)and a passion for luxury fashion;
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's degree in marketing, management or related field;
• Curious about emerging trends in AI-powered search and digital marketing;
• MS Office Suite advanced user;
• Self-starter that shows initiative and collaborative attitude, able to work with internal teams and coordinate external partners;
• Fluent English & Italian, both written and spoken.
