Moncler Group in Milan is seeking a Digital Marketing & Performance Intern to support marketing and data-driven initiatives at our Global Headquarters. This full-time 6-month internship starts from October and offers hands-on exposure to SEO, performance marketing, data analysis and presentation development.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Wholesale and Merchandising, monitor AI search and KPI dashboards, and gain structured learning through our Career Start Program.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master in marketing or a related field.
• Interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and AI-powered search.
• Advanced MS Office skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams.
• Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Marketing, Wholesale and Merchandising teams.

Overview

FULL-TIME | 6 MONTHS | FROM OCTOBER

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Marketing & Performance Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Collaborating with Marketing and Communication, Wholesale and Merchandising departments;
• Supporting AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI Search monitoring initiatives;
• Analysis, reporting, and data entry coordination across teams;
• Data extraction from platforms;
• Creating charts and visualizations;
• Preparing presentations;
• Managing KPIs database;
• Supporting keyword research, search trends analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Interest in digital marketing(performance marketing, search engines, and SEO)and a passion for luxury fashion;
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's degree in marketing, management or related field;
• Curious about emerging trends in AI-powered search and digital marketing;
• MS Office Suite advanced user;
• Self-starter that shows initiative and collaborative attitude, able to work with internal teams and coordinate external partners;
• Fluent English & Italian, both written and spoken.
