Moncler Group in Milan is seeking a Digital Marketing & Performance Intern to support marketing and data-driven initiatives at our Global Headquarters. This full-time 6-month internship starts from October and offers hands-on exposure to SEO, performance marketing, data analysis and presentation development.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Wholesale and Merchandising, monitor AI search and KPI dashboards, and gain structured learning through our Career Start Program.

Competenze

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master in marketing or a related field.
Interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and AI-powered search.
Advanced MS Office skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams.
Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken.

Mansioni

Collaborate with Marketing, Wholesale and Merchandising teams.
Support AEO and AI Search monitoring initiatives.
Analyze data, prepare reports, and coordinate data entry across teams.
Extract data from platforms and create visual charts and dashboards.
Prepare presentations and manage KPIs database.
Assist in keyword research, search trends analysis and benchmarking.
