Moncler Group is seeking a Retail Merchandising Intern at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy, for a 6-month, full-time tenure starting September. The role focuses on analysis, campaign support, and collaboration across merchandising, product, marketing and VM teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics or Business, strong Excel skills, and a passion for luxury products, with fluent English and a team-oriented mindset. Intern benefits include meal vouchers and canteen access.

• Carry out quantitative analysis to define MO ensuring a balanced global product mix.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and VM teams to ensure strategic alignment between assortment, communication and product availability.
• Prepare materials and presentations for meetings at HQ level.

Your Impact

Main Activities

• Elaboration of qualitative analysis on a daily/weekly/Monthly base and sharing the result with Collection and Retail merchandising teams;
• Supporting both HQ and Regional teams during the sales campaign period;
• Carry out quantitative analysis to define MO ensuring a balanced global product mix;
• Collaboration with the product, marketing and VM teams to ensure strategic alignment between assortment, communication and product availability;
• Preparation of supporting materials and presentations for different meetings at HQ level.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Business;
• An interest in Merchandising or Buying departments;
• Strong analytical skills: a good/excellent knowledge of Excel;
• Passion and sensitivity for luxury products;
• Team player;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent English;
• Previous experience in Retail Merchandising will be considered a plus.
