Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales, with a proven track record of quota attainment as both an Individual Contributor and team player.
• Demonstrated ability to sell to C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, with the ability to build a clear and compelling narrative for Italian Public Sector and Education customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert when it comes to Italian Public Sector and Education customers leveraging Salesforce Digital solutions.
• Educate the broader Account team you’ll work with on all Salesforce Digital technology capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Account and Territory team to identify target accounts and build compelling use cases and demonstration scenarios.
• Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting into current Salesforce customers, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
• Own the sales cycle for the entire Salesforce Digital technology stack, including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and assistance with deal closure.
• Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
