Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, invites a senior leader to unite the Service and Field Applications teams across Italy. You will drive customer satisfaction, ensure contractual commitments, and guide the national service strategy with cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Italy Managing Director, you will shape the future service organization, optimize resources, and advance quality and safety standards while expanding service excellence and growth

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/scientific field.
• 10+ years leading Field Service or Field Applications teams.
• Proven track record in leadership across dispersed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel nationally up to 50%

Mansioni

• Lead the national Service and Field Applications org in Italy.
• Develop talent and drive succession planning and high performance.
• Partner with Commercial and Sales to support growth.
• Define and execute the national service strategy and KPIs.
