You will collaborate with operating teams to analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership in a gaming environment, with a track record of managing programs, engaging employees, and aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, management, or related field.
2+ Years of prior relevant experience as a manager or supervisor role in Slot Operations or a gaming environment required.
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

Strategize with management to meet department, property and corporate goals and financial initiatives through KPI analysis.
Analyze data and adjust strategy to improve guest experience through development and implementation of new programs, services, products, and technology.
Develop and implement programs to increase employee engagement and guest service aligned with property and company goals.
Create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, respect, and satisfaction with hiring, training, and succession planning.
Regularly reviews and updates departmental policies and procedures to stay current.
