You will oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and manage teams with a focus on financial performance and bespoke guest experiences in a high-end environment.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Strong financial and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; an additional language is a plus.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, service excellence, team management, and financial performance across all assigned outlets. You will ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless, personalized, and high-end wellness and leisure experience, fully aligned with the standards of luxury hospitality.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, elevate service standards, and develop bespoke experiences tailored to guest preferences. You will also play a central role in coaching and developing your teams, ensuring each area operates efficiently while delivering exceptional quality and care.

Profile

• Good knowledge of systems such as Opera, Micros, Spa Connect, or similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
