Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment strategy and deliver for the property and client groups. You will partner with senior leaders to attract top talent across operations, leadership, and corporate functions, while ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, a bachelor’s degree, and proven leadership. This is a full‑time position located on site with MGM Resorts International.

Competenze

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 5+ years of prior recruitment/staffing experience involving candidate selection and client management.
• 1+ year of prior experience executing multi‑classification hiring events (preferred).
• 1+ year of prior experience attending community/university hiring events and tabling (preferred).

Mansioni

• Drive implementation of a result‑oriented comprehensive talent acquisition plan aligned with the strategic vision of MGM Resorts International Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for Director‑level roles within assigned client groups.
• Coach and mentor a team of TA Partners and Employment Specialists to ensure SLAs and SOPs are met, delivering best‑in‑class recruitment service.
• Provide dashboard reporting on team performance weekly to TA and Borgata Leadership.
• Build trust with business leadership to be recognized as a strategic partner and gain insights on operations with clear understanding of the property’s needs and priorities.
• Lead operational processes within Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless flow, quality customer service, legal compliance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Lead Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, creating and maintaining timetables, managing deadlines and resources, and working with creativity and latitude with minimal supervision.
• Deliver an exceptional hiring and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
