Johnson Controls is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and grow relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, hyperscalers, and colocation operators across Europe to drive opportunities in data center markets. You will work with regional teams to expand pipeline, improve order intake, and meet sales targets by leveraging the full range of building technologies and solutions.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, a proven B2B sales track

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• Proven success in technical or solutions-based B2B sales.
• Consultative selling with ability to influence decisions.
• Experience in matrix organizations.
• Experience selling fire, security, or data center systems.
• Established network with consultants, contractors, hyperscalers.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Altify, MS Office, Outlook, Teams.
