The Boston Consulting Group GmbH in Milan offers a 6-month internship in the HR team focused on Diversity & Inclusion. You will contribute to designing, coordinating, and delivering initiatives that foster an inclusive and diverse workplace under the Unlocking Potential framework.

You will support events, communications, and data reporting, gaining hands-on experience across HR processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Background in HR, philosophy, social sciences or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Italian and English.
• Interest in Diversity & Inclusion topics; extracurricular or activist experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate across HR workstreams.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and support D&I projects across pillars and employee networks.
• Organize and support events (e.g., conferences) with logistics and stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal communications, awareness campaigns and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in surveys, data collection, and light reporting to track D&I goals.
• Work across HR workstreams with structure, precision and collaboration.
