De Nora in Milan offers an internship in the Global Total Reward Function. You will assist in managing incentive plans (MBO and LTI), salary reviews and benefits, and you will work with HR data, payroll interfaces, and HR tools like SuccessFactors.

You will also help with job grading and preparing stakeholder materials. The role requires a Master’s in Economics or Statistics, strong Excel/HRIS skills, and fluency in English and Italian, with a 6-month assignment renewable for 3–6 months.

Competenze

Master’s in Economics or Statistics.
Understanding of the main Total Reward processes.
Knowledge of: Salary review cycle, MBO and incentive systems, compensation benchmarks, job weighting, flexible benefits.

Mansioni

Collaborate in the management of short-term variable incentive plans (MBO).
Provide operational support for long-term incentive plans (LTI), cash and equity.
Support in the Salary Review process management.
Assist in managing benefits and interfacing with payroll.
Support the implementation of the European Pay Transparency Directive.
Update and maintain HR tools (SuccessFactors, database, Excel reporting).
Support in managing job grading processes.
Prepare presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
