Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Reception and Administration intern in Milano for a 6-month program. You will perform reception and general admin duties, supporting staff and clients and maintaining a professional office presence.

Requirements include excellent Italian and English communication, good customer service, and basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. The internship offers a monthly allowance, meal vouchers, and corporate discounts.

Competenze

• Excellent communication in Italian and English.
• Good customer service or front office experience.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Mansioni

• Answering phone calls in a courteous and professional manner including visitors/clients calls, lead calls and a wide variety of general administrative calls.
• Interacting daily with callers and guests, including suppliers, pony express and couriers.
• Ensuring efficient turnaround of all messages and, when necessary, take appropriate actions to ensure urgent messages are relayed without delay.
• Receiving guests, establish their identity and advise the appropriate staff member or deal with them as appropriate.
• Managing the room booking process to ensure all requests are handled in an efficient manner.
