Freudenberg is seeking a supply chain planning professional to manage replenishment from production sites and suppliers, define capacity needs, and ensure stock and service levels across the region. You will coordinate with procurement, production, and local SCMs in an international environment, and you must operate with strong English language skills and analytical thinking.

The role requires solid ERP/MRP knowledge, SAP/IBP planning systems, and proficiency in MS Office.

• Bachelor in business and administration or industrial engineering.
• 2/3 years’ experience in SCM Planning; consumer goods or B2B is a plus.
• Deep user knowledge of MS Office; strong ERP/Planning system skills.
• Very good English skills; cross‑border, intercultural environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing the replenishment from production sites and/or suppliers and follows up deliveries.
• Being the single contact per production site/supplier purchasing for all organizations in their region and exceptionally also for other regions in case of international suppliers.
• Defines supply capacity needs (short-mid term).
• Checks available capacity against demand and initiates measures at production and suppliers to match capacity with demand.
• Communicates, manages, and solves actual and potential supply issues and take allocation decisions in case of bottleneck.
• Manages phase-in/ phase-out situations in alignment with Category SCM and local SCMs.
• Responsible to achieve agreed stock levels and Service levels for his/her region.
• Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data.
• Responsible to define the optimal safety stock levels in all countries for his/her categories responsibilities, in alignment with local SCMs.
• Provides input to procurement on supplier performance, if managing Supply Planning from external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences 2/3 years’ experience in SCM Planning Dept ideally in consumer goods company or B2B Deep user knowledge in Microsoft Outlook,Word, Powerpoint, Excel mastery Knowledge of relevant ERP (MRP, parameters, Logics) and relevant Planning systems (SAP, IBP, ..) Very good English skills, minimum B2 level Strong customer oriented approach and Strong Analytical and problem solving skills Strong Communication skills enjoying working in international and intercultural environment Strong drive, proactive, result-oriented and eager to learn.
