Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic and flexible Customer Service Senior with an international mindset to join our team as a manager. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a problem-solving attitude, the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage quotations, order processing, and shipment coordination
  • Handle international export procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Monitoring and coordination of all phases: order processing, invoicing, shipping, export formalities, with priority management
  • Provide technical service support
  • Maintain direct contact with freight forwarders and logistics providers
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partners
  • Flexibility to handle new tasks
Main Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience of at least 10 years in a sales or customer service department with good knowledge of export Operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and teamwork mindset
  • Open-minded and internationally oriented
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment
  • Knowledge of the main IT and management tools
  • Knowledge and use of SAP
