Amplifon in Milan offers a 6-month Italy Customer Operations Internship with a start in October 2026. You will support the customer operations team, coordinating customer care channels, analyzing performance across TV, Digital, and CRM, and contributing to campaigns while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Economics, Management or Marketing, are fluent in English and Italian, and are ready to work in a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or higher in Economics, Management or Marketing.
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Excellent English and Italian communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage and coordinate the customer care channels and shops tickets.
• Track and monitor contact centers quality.
• Track and monitor performance results across TV, Digital, CRM.
• Deliver business and customer care campaigns, liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
