Amplifon in Milan offers a 6‑month Italy IT Project Management Internship starting September 2026. You will join the IT PM team, work on business requirements, coordinate with Local and Global teams and suppliers, and support DevOps‑driven improvements. Ideal for STEM or Business graduates eager to grow in a multicultural setting.

You’ll gain hands‑on project experience, professional development access, and a structured internship path at a global hearing care leader.

For our Italian Headquarters in Milan,Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our ItalyIT Project Managementteamputtingthe hands on the best technology and to get experience on different projects as an active part, collaborating with the Global IT department as well as the Local business functions

You’ll be in charge of:

• work closely with all Local Business functions with the aim to collect the project’s business requirements
• qualify the related demands from the IT perspective with a focus on both the functional and technical sides
• collaborate with internal stakeholders (Local & Global) and external suppliers, overseeing the quality of the projects assigned along their entire lifecycle, starting from the business requirements collection up to the delivery
• work in collaboration with the IT Operations Team, adopting the DevOps approach with the aim to improve software quality and operating efficiency

You are the right person if you

• are a student or new graduate in STEM disciplines (eg.Informatics, Engineering) or Business.
• speak English fluently and have a business proficiency in Italian.
• are eager to work with multicultural teams.
• are a determined person, provided with a growth mindset;
