Soldo is hiring for a Customer Interaction Specialist. You will deliver prompt, friendly support to corporate clients via email, chat, and phone, helping with account management, transactions, and product features.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-centric mindset, with willingness to learn technical basics and thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in financial services or software support.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills or willingness to learn.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service to corporate clients via email, live chat and phone.
• Assist customers with financial services queries related to account management, transactions, and product features.
• Offer first-line software support, troubleshoot common issues, and guide clients through technical solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Understand and align with the company’s key objectives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Soldo platform to provide accurate information.
• Deliver service and quality standards to agreed levels.
• Document and track customer issues, log queries, and follow up appropriately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Perform other duties as requested by the line manager.
