RiDE is seeking a Customer Experience & Field Operations Specialist in Parma to enhance urban mobility through superior customer support. You will engage directly with customers via various channels, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.

Competenze

• Experience in Customer Experience, Operations, and/or Mobility are a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Practical attitude and drive to turn plans into action.
