Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping functions aboard our ship. You will manage a large team, maintain guest cabin cleanliness to brand standards, and report to the Hotel Director while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will train and mentor staff, schedule workloads with shoreside support, oversee laundry operations, and monitor budgets and cost centers.

Competenze

• Minimum 5–7 years in managerial/operational housekeeping and laundry.
• Experience supervising 70+ employees and budgets over $1M.
• Shipboard experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate diplomatically with diverse guests and staff.
• Proficiency with cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
