Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Concierge who will own the guest experience for VIPs, Loyalty, Groups, and Concierge Class, coordinating with Guest Relations, Groups/Events, Loyalty Corporate teams and ship departments to ensure flawless service.

The role requires outstanding hospitality, communication and organizational skills, with accountability for the quality of each guest's personalized experience and the smooth execution of all related events across shipboard venues.

Competenze

• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• 2-3 years background experience as Front Desk/Receptionist in a strong 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Experience in handling different types of events with 80+ guests.
• Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Act as primary contact and advocate for all guests, with focus on VIP, Loyalty, Groups and Concierge Class.
• Own the seamless execution of Group, Loyalty and Concierge events and stakeholders.
• Respond to escalated guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain Concierge lounge, Loyalty Spaces, conference rooms and materials in pristine condition.
• Maintain knowledge of ship features, itineraries, guest preferences and services.
