Celebrity Cruises seeks a Concierge within the Guest Relations team to own the guest’s Group, Loyalty & Concierge Class experience aboard our ships, ensuring a seamless premium service that is memorable.

You will coordinate with Groups/Wedding/Events/Charter teams, Loyalty Corporate teams and all Hotel and Marine Departments, proactively anticipating every guest’s needs and expectations to deliver a flawless luxury experience.

Competenze

• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• 2-3 yrs background experience as Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5 * Hotel.
• Experience in handling different types of events with 80+ guests.
• Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Acts as primary contact, advocate and representative for all guests, with increased focus on VIPs, Groups and Concierge events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns in a upscale, professional and empathetic manner.
• Maintains Concierge lounge, Loyalty Spaces and conference rooms to a luxury standard.
• Maintains knowledge of brand features, ship information, voyage/destination details and guest preferences.
• Coordinates guests' special requests for personalized services (transportation, reservations, activities, spa, shore excursions, etc.).
• Leads by example with calm composure, upholds guest care standards and ownership.
