JD Logistics is seeking a proactive warehouse supervisor in Milano, Italy. You will supervise cross-functional floor operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch during shifts, acting as the operational bridge to HQ.

You will lead shift Team Leaders and operators, manage real-time labor reallocation, and enforce SOPs with strict adherence to safety and local regulations. This role demands Mandarin, Italian and English fluency.

Competenze

• Proven operational experience supervising warehouse operations in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Italian and English.
• Experience with WMS, RF scanners and automated handling systems.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift pattern.

Mansioni

• Oversee inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and outbound dispatch on shifts.
• Lead shift Team Leaders and operators across all floor departments.
• Coordinate real-time labor reallocation and address bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione and safety laws.
