JD.com, Inc. is seeking an experienced Bulky Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of large-item warehousing in Milano.

This on-site role demands hands-on leadership, process optimization, and a focus on safety and accuracy in receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will lead a diverse warehouse team, implement efficient layouts, manage WMS systems, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with transportation and customer service to streamline end-to-end operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5–7 years' progressive warehouse management experience handling bulky items.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day bulky goods warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Develop efficient layouts and material handling procedures for bulky items.
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and operators while ensuring safety and productivity.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements across warehouse operations.
