JD Logistics is seeking an experienced ICQA supervisor to lead inventory control and quality assurance in a fast-moving Milano fulfillment center. You will drive cycle counts, ensure stock accuracy, and coordinate with shift leaders to maintain seamless operations.

Fluency in English and Italian, hands-on WMS experience, and a commitment to safety are essential. The role requires shift flexibility and a focus on data-driven improvements to maximize space and throughput.

Competenze

• Experience supervising ICQA, cycle counting, or stock auditing in high-volume fulfillment centers.
• Hands-on WMS experience and data reporting.
• Fluent in English and Italian for clear operational direction.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends.

Mansioni

• Oversee ICQA shift Leaders and staff scheduling.
• Lead cycle count programs and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure stock accuracy and perform density audits.
