Marchesini Group S.p.A. in Pianoro, Emilia-Romagna, seeks an Information Systems Analyst specialized in CRM and Service areas to optimize sales and customer service processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into high-value CRM solutions, support end users, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Functional Analyst, Application Analyst, or CRM Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, particularly Sales, Marketing/Customer Insights, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Experience in the configuration and functional customization of Dynamics 365.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

• Contribute to the evolution of CRM, Customer Service, Field Service, and customer portal platforms.
• Design and implement application solutions that support business objectives and enhance the user experience.
