MSC Technology Italy is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, customize, and maintain CRM solutions across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical implementations.

You will develop dashboards with Power BI, implement SQL-backed integrations, and contribute to automated testing and documentation. The role involves cross-functional collaboration in a multinational context.

Competenze

• Proven experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards integrated with Dynamics 365 CRM.

Mansioni

• Participate in all phases of the CRM lifecycle, from planning to support.
• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions with technical input.
• Design and implement CRM integrations with enterprise apps via web apps, APIs, and Windows services.
• Configure custom workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports.
• Develop Power BI dashboards integrated with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Support architecture planning and ensure quality through testing.
