Younited is seeking a CRM Lead to define and drive the local CRM strategy in Rome, collaborating with senior management and central teams. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution across CRM platforms, lifecycle initiatives, and campaign management.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in a similar role, a Master’s in Economics or a related field, strong data-analytic skills, and excellent English communication. An agile, ownership-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the local CRM strategy to maximise engagement and value.
• Own CRM performance governance with clear KPI reporting.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to grow customer growth & lifecycle performance.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and central teams to align priorities and roadmaps.
• Lead hands-on CRM execution including audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign management.
