Clariter Group is seeking a Junior Digital Sales to join our global marketing team in Rome. You will execute sales growth strategies to expand leads and increase revenues, generating content for direct messaging and sequences, and supporting acquisition through digital sales tools.

The role requires a self-sufficient, entrepreneurial candidate with a broad digital sales and marketing skillset, ideally with experience in B2B outreach.

Competenze

• Must have very high work proficiency in Italian and English.
• Academic background in Marketing and sales is ideal.
• Generative AI expertise (ChatGPT or similar) - ideal
• Experience with email automation platforms (Mailchimp or similar) is a strong plus
• Experience with sales lead pipeline and CRM management tools (HubSpot or similar) is a strong plus

Mansioni

• Support the Digital Sales Team with their email marketing strategy to improve customer data capture, retention and acquisition.
• Develop onboarding funnels and automated sequencing to support business metrics, use customer insights to segment customers for personalized communications.
• Implement a continuous test-and-learn approach to our CRM strategy to optimise campaign performance and gain insights.
• Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the companys CRM system to support the Sales Team and streamline processes to grow sales.
• Developing our B2B strategy across services with Founders and Management Team
• Developing and nurturing our prospect database and identifying leads for outreach campaigns across geographies
