Job summary

Younited is seeking a CRM Lead to define and drive the local CRM strategy in Rome, collaborating with senior management and central teams. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution across CRM platforms, lifecycle initiatives, and campaign management.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in a similar role, a Master’s in Economics or a related field, strong data-analytic skills, and excellent English communication. An agile, ownership-driven mindset is essential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, driving and executing the local CRM strategy to maximise customer engagement, retention and long-term customer value.
The role involves close collaboration with senior management, local stakeholders and central teams based at headquarters.
It combines strategic ownership with hands‑on execution across CRM platforms, customer lifecycle initiatives and campaign management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement, in collaboration with senior management, the local CRM strategy to maximize customer engagement, retention and long-term customer value
• Own CRM business performance governance, ensuring structured planning, performance monitoring and clear reporting of key customer and commercial KPIs
• Translate customer and commercial insights into actionable recommendations, driving customer growth initiatives, the evolution of lifecycle strategies and commercial performance
• Build strong relationships with both local stakeholders and central teams, ensuring alignment of priorities, roadmap and business objectives
• Act as an individual contributor, taking a hands‑on role in CRM platforms and leading the operational execution of CRM campaigns and lifecycle initiatives through audience segmentation, targeting, campaign management and performance monitoring

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar
• A Master's degree in Economics or a related quantitative field
• Solid knowledge of CRM strategies, customer engagement channels, KPIs and best practices
• Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics platforms
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use AI-based solutions to optimise customer engagement and CRM performance
• Experience in Financial Services, e-commerce or digital businesses is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to communicate professionally in English
• A flexible, agile and solution-oriented approach
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution

Salary
