Job summary

Younited is seeking a CRM leader to define, drive and execute the local CRM strategy in Rome, maximizing customer engagement, retention and long‑term value. You will work with senior management, local stakeholders and central teams to own lifecycle initiatives and campaign management across CRM platforms.

The perfect candidate has 4+ years in a similar role, a Master’s in Economics, strong data-analysis skills and hands‑on experience with CRM analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Master’s degree in Economics or related field.
• Solid knowledge of CRM strategies, channels, KPIs and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics platforms.
• Strong data analysis skills; ability to use AI-based solutions to optimise CRM performance.
• Experience in Financial Services, e-commerce or digital businesses is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the local CRM strategy to maximise customer engagement, retention and long-term value.
• Own CRM governance with planning, performance monitoring and KPI reporting.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to drive lifecycle strategies and commercial performance.
• Build relationships with local stakeholders and central teams; align priorities and objectives.
• Act as an individual contributor, leading CRM campaigns and lifecycle initiatives through segmentation, targeting and performance monitoring.
