Oberalp Group is seeking a CRM Project & Operations Specialist for our E-Commerce team in Bolzano. You will migrate our email and CRM marketing to a new marketing automation platform across all brands, and manage day-to-day operation post go-live.

You will collaborate with the E-Commerce Team, our external CRM partner and IT to ensure consistent newsletters and journeys. You will own setup of templates, journeys, segments and ensure data quality, consent and deliverability across brands.

Formación

• University degree in economics, marketing, business informatics or a similar field.
• 1–2 years of CRM/digital marketing experience; internships count.
• Hands-on experience with an email or marketing automation tool is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate email and CRM marketing to a new marketing automation platform across all brands.
• Own day-to-day operation of the platform after go-live.
• Coordinate brand teams, external CRM partner and IT for consistency across newsletters and journeys.
• Set up templates, modules, journeys and segments to a group standard.
• Manage the operational sending process across all brands and monitor data quality.
