The Oberalp Group is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist in Bolzano, South Tyrol. In this mid-level role, you'll drive customer acquisition for emerging brands such as Wild Country and LaMunt through paid media and SEO initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing and expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. This position offers the chance to work in a stunning alpine region and participate in a dynamic, international environment.

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign structure.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals including technical and on-page optimization.

• Own and coordinate paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate channels.
• Analyze campaign data daily to identify trends and growth opportunities.
