Overview

Join to apply for the Credit Advisor - AI Fintech startup role at CrediZen AI. We are an AI fintech startup helping people achieve their dreams and projects, even when they lack the financial resources to make them happen. While our vision is global, we are starting with a pragmatic goal: creating the best app for loans in Europe for consumers. We believe that AI will revolutionize financial services, and we aim to lead this transformation. Based in Rome with global aspirations, we are looking for exceptional individuals to join us on this journey.

The Opportunity

As the 4th member of our team, you will work closely with the founder, and your work will be split as follows:

• 80% of the time
  • Talk to our users to better understand their credit possibilities, mainly over the phone
  • Identify the best loan offer on the market for each user\'s needs and present it to them
  • Analyze income documents and support users in applying for loans from the comfort of their home
  • Understand the credit policies of our lending partners to improve both our internal processes and customer-facing tools
• 20% of the time
  • Collect user feedback both proactively and reactively to improve our product and technology stack
  • Act as the voice of our users during daily and weekly team meetings with product designers and the tech team

What We\'re Looking For

We are seeking an exceptional Credit Advisor with the following traits:
