Job summary

Deel seeks a high-impact leader to own payroll operations for Italy, serving as the founding product lead for a greenfield market. You will design end-to-end payroll, HR, and time-tracking solutions tailored to Italy’s regulatory landscape, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet ambitious timelines while leveraging AI to accelerate delivery.

• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and external partners.

In this role you lead Deel’s payroll operations for Italy, acting as the founding product leader for a greenfield market. You’ll own end-to-end strategy with cross-functional teams to design payroll, HR, and time-tracking solutions tailored to Italy’s regulatory landscape. You’ll balance ambitious market timelines with prudent prioritization while leveraging AI to accelerate delivery. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape Deel’s Mediterranean expansion and drive cross-country product alignment.
