Deel is seeking a founding product leader to own the payroll, HR, and time-tracking strategy for Italy. You will lead an engineering team, align cross-functional efforts, and design solutions tailored to Italy’s regulatory landscape.

You will drive cross-country product alignment and shape Deel’s Mediterranean expansion with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach. Based in the EMEA region with proximity to the Italian market, you will navigate CCNL, INPS, and regional variations, coordinating with

Overview

In this role you lead Deel’s payroll operations for Italy, acting as the founding product leader for a greenfield market. You’ll own end-to-end strategy with cross-functional teams to design payroll, HR, and time-tracking solutions tailored to Italy’s regulatory landscape. You’ll balance ambitious market timelines with prudent prioritization while leveraging AI to accelerate delivery. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape Deel’s Mediterranean expansion and drive cross-country product alignment.
