Waiterr is launching in Italy from Milan, seeking a senior leader to drive growth and brand presence on the ground. You will lead a country with full autonomy, hiring and coaching a local team while representing Waiterr at key industry events.

You will own all GTM functions in your region — sales, marketing, and success — and report weekly to the founders with crisp numbers to steer growth and expansion.

Competenze

• 7+ years of leadership experience in SaaS or hospitality scale-ups.
• Local network in hospitality industry.
• Native or fluent Italian plus working English.
