Metlen Energy, a global energy and metals group, seeks a Contract Manager for its Legal Technical Contracts team in Milan. You will support management and execution of supply contracts and related documents, ensuring timely archiving and compliance with internal procedures.

The role requires 3+ years of contract administration experience in renewables or related industries, strong communication, and meticulous document handling. A proactive, organized professional will thrive here.

Competenze

• 3+ years of contract administration experience.
• Experience in renewables, civil/mechanical/electrical, oil, gas or construction industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong document management and archiving skills.
• Proactive and highly organized with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Develop an understanding of commercial terms and transfer them to the project team.
• Assist with drafting, negotiation, review and finalization of various contracts.
• Prepare contracts, amendments and variations; oversee signatures, delivery and archive executed versions.
• Coordinate with project and legal teams for sign-off and execution of contracts and corporate documents.
• Maintain accurate contract records and monitor signatures under collection.
• Develop and maintain checklists, registers and communications templates.
• Developing and streamlining processes and participating in project progress meetings.
• Assist with drafting and execution of internal and external correspondence on contractual matters.
