METLEN Energy & Metals in Milan seeks a Contract Manager to join the Legal Technical Contracts team. The role supports management and execution of supply contracts, ensuring timely delivery of documents and strict adherence to internal procedures.

You will draft, negotiate and finalize agreements, coordinate sign-offs with project teams, and maintain rigorous contract records across the Italian entity.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years contract administration experience in renewables, civil/mechanical/electrical, oil, gas or construction industries.
• Organized, meticulous and proactive in managing legal documents, execution, tracking and archiving.
• Experience in contract negotiations and influencing stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Develop understanding of commercial terms and transfer to project team.
• Assist drafting, negotiation, review and finalization of contracts.
• Prepare contracts, amendments and variations, coordinate signatures, delivery and archiving.
