Jd Ross Energy cerca un Contract Specialist per guidare contratti commerciali e documenti legali legati a progetti rinnovabili in Italia e nella regione EMEA. Verrà supportato da team commerciali, di progetto e legali per garantire consegne efficaci.

Il candidato ideale possiede laurea in giurisprudenza, esperienza nel settore rinnovabile o infrastrutture e ottime capacità di negoziazione. Si richiede fluente italiano e disponibilità a ruolo full-time a Milano.

Competenze

• Laurea in Giurisprudenza o disciplina aziendale rilevante.
• Esperienza nei settori energie rinnovabili, costruzioni o infrastrutture.
• Ottima comprensione di contratti commerciali e diritto contrattuale.
• Ottime capacità di negoziazione e gestione degli stakeholder
• Fluente in italiano.

Mansioni

• Negozia e gestisce contratti commerciali per progetti rinnovabili in Italia/EMEA.
• Rivedere, redigere e qualificare documenti legali e contrattuali.
• Identificare e mitigare rischi contrattuali supportando gli stakeholder chiave.
• Collaborare con team commerciali, di progetto e legali per garantire la consegna del progetto.
• Assistere in dispute e negoziazioni contrattuali con clienti e partner.

As their European operations continue to expand, they are looking for a Contract Specialist to join their team and support major renewable energy projects across Italy and the wider EMEA region.

What you'll be doing:

• Negotiating and managing commercial contracts for renewable energy projects


• Reviewing, drafting, and qualifying a variety of legal and contractual documents


• Identifying and mitigating contractual risks while supporting key business stakeholders


• Collaborating with commercial, project, and legal teams to ensure successful project delivery


• Assisting with dispute resolution and contractual negotiations with customers and partners

What they're looking for:

• Degree in Law or a relevant business-related discipline


• Experience within the renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors


• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and contract law


• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills


• Fluent Italian
