Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (ENLT) seeks a Project Manager based in Italy to lead construction management of European renewable energy assets. You will coordinate stakeholders and ensure successful delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires a strong background in electrical/civil/mechanical engineering, fluent Italian and English, and a proven track record in large-scale energy construction projects.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical).
• Proficiency in Office applications including Excel.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Experience in renewable energy.
• Experience in Owner/Developer position is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Act as the main leader for the project from the Owner position, synchronizing all stakeholders.
• Oversee construction phase ensuring alignment with objectives and contractual obligations.
• Lead internal and external interfaces with partners, contractors, suppliers, owners engineer, legal teams, and authorities.
• Monitor project schedule, budgets and cashflow, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Analyze milestones, assess risks and contractual exposures, and develop risk mitigation plans.

Enlight is seeking a Project Manager based in Italy to lead the construction management of our renewable energy projects across Europe.

This role is part of Enlight’s Independent Power Producer (IPP) platform and offers the opportunity to take an active role in delivering large-scale renewable energy assets, working in a dynamic, international environment at the forefront of the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Acting as main leader for project from the project’ Owner position (an IPP), synchronizing all stakeholders to successful implementation.
• Overseeing construction phase of the project, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Leading internal and external work interfaces including: partners, contractors, global equipment suppliers, service providers, owner’s engineer, legal teams, development teams, local and ministerial authorities, financial institutions, and more.
• Follow-up and maintenance of project schedule, budgets and cashflow, and identifying improvement possibilities for each
• Analyzing key milestones and understanding risks and contractual exposures, elaborating risk mitigation plan and to developing proactive solutions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of previous experience in construction project management – a must, 15 years- an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / civil / mechanical engineering or other relevant fields – a must.
• High level of proficiency in all Office applications including Excel – a must
• Fluent Italian and English – a must.
• Previous experience in the field of renewable energy – a must.
• Experience in working in Owner/Developer position- a significant advantage
