The successful candidate brings a degree in engineering or related field and proven construction PM experience, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Team The Construction Project Manager will join an experienced team within CIP Terra Europe responsible for delivering the construction of renewable energy projects across Europe.

Role

The Construction Project Manager will play a key role in delivering CIP Terra's BESS projects in Italy, ensuring the successful execution of the company's construction strategy across the portfolio. The role will oversee all phases of project delivery, from pre-construction planning, secondary permits, through to commissioning and handover, with a particular focus on supporting the development and construction of utility-scale BESS assets.

The position is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This includes managing construction activities, coordinating key stakeholders, and supervising EPC contractors, main Equipment Suppliers and Owners' Engineers as required. The Construction Project Manager will act as a key representative of CIP Terra throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, regulatory, and HSE requirements while protecting project value and performance.

Candidate

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, science, engineering or a similar field, with proven experience in construction project management.

Moreover, you are action oriented and willing to overcome complex problems to deliver results, with strong personal and professional judgment and the interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with contractors, team members, and stakeholders.
