You will partner with country leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance forecast maturity, prepare standard reports, and ensure timely SIOP actions.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in a complex, international or matrixed organization.
• Proven experience in SIOP, demand planning and supply planning.
• Strong change management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate market trends into aligned planning inputs for regional governance.

You’ll act as a data-driven partner to translate growth plans into actionable planning inputs, shaping regional governance and long-term outlooks.
