Eaton Corporation in Cagliari, Sardegna, Italy, is seeking a Commercial Demand Planning Manager to drive and mature SIOP processes across the EMEA region. You will translate market trends into aligned demand and supply inputs, leading cross-functional collaboration with country leadership to improve forecast maturity and governance adherence.

The role is hands-on with measurable impact on supply chain performance and business outcomes.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in a complex, international or matrixed organization.
• Experience with SIOP processes in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate market trends into demand and supply inputs.

• Support and improve SIOP process and cadence across EMEA.
• Collect, validate and analyze demand, supply, inventory and backlog data.
• Prepare standard reports, dashboards and materials for SIOP reviews.

In this role you will support and improve Eaton's SIOP process across EMEA, translating market trends into aligned demand and supply assumptions. You’ll collaborate with country leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance forecast maturity and operational planning. You’ll act as a data-driven partner to translate growth plans into actionable planning inputs, shaping regional governance and long-term outlooks. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on supply chain performance and business outcomes.
