Eaton Corporation is seeking an experienced Commercial Demand Planning Manager to support and improve the SIOP process across EMEA. You will translate market trends into aligned demand and supply assumptions and collaborate with country leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance forecast maturity and planning inputs.

This hands-on role shapes regional governance and long-term outlook, with a clear impact on supply chain performance and business outcomes.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a complex, international, or matrixed organization.
• Proven change management and matrix navigation skills.
• Strong experience in SIOP, demand planning and supply planning.

Mansioni

• Support and improve the EMEA's SIOP process and cadence.
• Collect, validate and analyze demand, supply, inventory and backlog data.
• Prepare standard reports, dashboards and materials for SIOP reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of SIOP actions and governance adherence.
• Improve country forecast maturity and align planning inputs regionally.
• Bridge local market knowledge with regional SIOP governance.
• Support 12- to 24-month demand outlooks and scenario planning.

You’ll act as a data-driven partner to translate growth plans into actionable planning inputs, shaping regional governance and long-term outlooks. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on supply chain performance and business outcomes.
