Eaton Corporation is seeking an experienced SIOP professional to support and improve the SIOP process across EMEA. You will translate market trends into aligned demand and supply assumptions, collaborating with country leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance forecast maturity and governance adherence.

You will act as a data-driven partner, collecting and analyzing demand, supply, inventory and backlog data, and preparing standard reports and materials for SIOP reviews.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in a complex, international, or matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of SIOP processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to translate market trends into actionable planning inputs.

In this role you will support and improve Eaton's SIOP process across EMEA, translating market trends into aligned demand and supply assumptions. You’ll collaborate with country leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance forecast maturity and operational planning. You’ll act as a data-driven partner to translate growth plans into actionable planning inputs, shaping regional governance and long-term outlooks. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on supply chain performance and business outcomes.

• Bridge local market knowledge with regional SIOP governance to align planning inputs
• Support 12- to 24-month demand outlooks and scenario planning
