Eaton Corporation in Palermo, Sicily, seeks a Commercial Demand Planning Manager to support and improve the SIOP process across EMEA, translating market trends into aligned demand and supply assumptions.

You will collaborate with country leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance forecast maturity, prepare standard reports and dashboards, and ensure timely SIOP actions with governance adherence.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a complex, international or matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate market trends into actionable planning inputs and governance.

You’ll act as a data-driven partner to translate growth plans into actionable planning inputs, shaping regional governance and long-term outlooks. This is a hands‑on role with a clear impact on supply chain performance and business outcomes.
