Eaton Corporation in Ancona, Marche invites a Commercial Demand Planning Manager to lead the SIOP process across EMEA. You will collect, validate and analyze demand, supply, inventory and backlog data, and translate market trends into actionable planning inputs to improve forecast maturity and operational planning.

In this role you will support and improve Eaton's SIOP process across EMEA, translating market trends into aligned demand and supply assumptions. You’ll collaborate with country leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance forecast maturity and operational planning. You’ll act as a data-driven partner to translate growth plans into actionable planning inputs, shaping regional governance and long-term outlooks. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on supply chain performance and business outcomes.
